You will pay a 30% deposit. by credit card at booking. The remaining balance can be paid by credit card, by bank transfer up to 5 days before arrival or in cash on your arrival.

You can book your stay directly on our website or on any online booking platform (Booking, Airbnb), adding a commission fee. The best price will always be on our website!

Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival.
Between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 30% deposit retained.
Before 15 days: the full amount of the stay is due, except in cases of proven force majeure (death, hospitalisation). Covid-19 is not a case of force majeure.

As far as possible, I will be there to welcome you and give you all the details you need to have a great time in the cottage. If you are arriving late or very early in the morning, I will welcome you remotely with an independent arrival by key box.

Yes, only for the cottage L’idylle. You can contact me by e-mail (nosjoursheureux_gites@outlook.fr), it will be sent after receipt of payment with a supplement for postage or to be collected and paid on site.
A deposit of €300 will be held by bank transfer 2 days before your arrival.
This will be released within a maximum of 5 days after your departure, once the accommodation has been checked and the equipment has been checked.

The tourist tax must be paid when you make your reservation. It is included in your booking, so you can pay it by credit card, or you can pay it in cash on arrival. The amount can be calculated on the Baie du Cotentin tourist office website. This tax is paid to the State and is not a profit we make.

  • Cleaning is included in the nightly rate for L’idylle.
  • For L’escapade, it is a compulsory fixed price of €70.
  • On departure, the accommodation must be clean and tidy, the bins emptied and taken out, the dirty linen collected, the crockery clean and put away, and the toilets clean. If these rules are not respected, a cleaning supplement will be deducted from the deposit.
  • In the event of stained sheets, stained sofa/carpet/mattress, tobacco odours in the accommodation, Nos jours heureux reserves the right to deduct from the deposit the costs incurred for thorough cleaning and/or replacement of equipment.

Yes, but only for the cottage l’Idylle. 12€ per person, it includes cereal and natural bread from a local bakery, butter and jam, spreads, cereals, milk and homemade fruit juice, coffee and tea, fresh yoghurts from a family business a few miles from the cottage (Les bouilles de Cauquigny). You can book it here.

Yes, free of charge for a child up to 2 years of age only (loan of a cot).
